When I first stepped into the arena of real estate investing, there was a lot of stuff that I didn’t understand - no money down investing for one.

But even more so, it was the concept behind the terminology that really was fuzzy for me. I heard countless investors refer to the term no money down investing.

Folks would throw that term around like it was confetti.

It really was a concept that I struggled to wrap my mind around. And what was worse, structuring a no money down deal was beyond my comprehension.

For those reasons, I decided to post this video by Sam Bell. He does a great job of explaining how you can get into a deal without using any of your own money.
